Will gender-specific programs be eliminated?

Not if they’re legitimately gender-specific, like medical education pertaining to prostate problems or other male-specific subjects, any female-specific subjects like ovarian cancer, menopause, or any other legitimate difference between males and females.

Also, legitimate programs based on race are safe:  sickle-cell research, demographic studies based on racial criteria, etc.

However, the State-funded scholarships based on race and gender only will be eliminated, but this does not stop any private-sector scholarship based on race or gender.  Private persons, organizations and businesses can make any scholarship to any race- or gender-specific beneficiary, as long as that scholarship is privately administered.  A lawyer, church, ethnic group, gender or race-oriented club or organization, or other private entity can administrate such scholarships.  This empowers the private sector to make their desired choices.
