With passage of the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative 25% of the American public live in race-free states, free of the corruption and resentment of race/sex affirmative action. Michigan joins California, Washington and Florida with a race-free and gender-free state government.
Special thanks to American crusader Ward Connerly for enshrining Race Free Zone's role in American lore with his wonderful quotation on Election Night 2006, after the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative was voted into the Michigan Constitution by 58% of voting public. RaceFreeZone will continue to monitor the results and implementation of this new constitutional amendment, and on November 7, 2007 we will have a one-year update, proving that the apolocalypse did not come, and reporting on the changes to our society, education, government and businesses.
